Why am I doing this now?

Q: What dates are the workshops?
A: Prep Party is Monday 12th January 2026 (2pm-4pm). Then five Monday workshops: 26th January, 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23th February — all 10am-1pm. Graduation is Sunday 1st March.
Q: What if I can't make a live session?
All workshops are recorded and available within 24 hours. We understand that life, and business, gets busy. But the magic happens live — you'll get more out of being there in real time especially if you are playing along with us and plan to automate your business in 30 days
Q: Is this for me if I already have some systems in place?
Yes — most participants will have some systems. This is about completing the job properly so you can genuinely step back. If you've got a mixture of documented processes, half-built automations, and stuff that's still in your head, this is designed for you.
Q: I don't have a team yet. Will this still work?
Absolutely. Part of the process is clarifying what you need — whether that's training an existing team member, creating a hiring spec, or building automations that replace the need for certain hires altogether.
Q: What's the time commitment each week?
A: The live workshop is 3 hours. Expect to spend another 5-10 hours implementing what we cover. This is a sprint, not a stroll. You'll need to show up and do the work. We expect for many participants this will be the start of a year long journey. You will get lifetime access to the recordings in order to revisit the important elements as and when you need to.
Q: What if I need more support between sessions?
You'll have access to the private community and direct messaging with Steph throughout the challenge.
Q: Why are you only running this once?
Because after March, I'll be on maternity leave. This isn't manufactured scarcity - I genuinely won't be running anything like this again for a while, if ever.
